I came to it through experience.

For more than three decades, my work has lived at the intersection of human potential, business, and transformation. I began my career as an art therapist and wellness practitioner, eventually owning and operating a chiropractic wellness clinic for 17 years. Those years taught me something no marketing framework ever could: real authority is felt long before it’s explained.

As my work evolved, I founded Radiant Edge Consulting and began supporting women leaders, consultants, and founders who were deeply capable, yet often under-recognized. Over time, I’ve worked with nearly 1,000 clients across Canada, the U.S., and globally, helping them articulate their value, refine their positioning, and lead without over-delivering or distorting who they are to be understood.

In 2018, a pivotal journey to Egypt shifted my relationship with business entirely. Standing in ancient temples and sacred spaces,
I experienced a remembering that commerce, at its best, is not transactional. It is intentional. Relational. Sacred in the sense that it carries meaning and responsibility. That moment quietly reorganized how I approach leadership, language, and authority.

Today, my work centers on helping experienced women stabilize their authority, so how they are perceived finally matches the depth of who they are. I integrate strategic positioning with intuitive insight, modern systems with timeless wisdom, and language with perception. The result is not louder marketing, but clearer recognition.

I believe authority doesn’t need to be built again.
It needs to be held, integrated, and allowed to be seen.
