Hello. I am Wendy Burge.

For years, I have watched women build amazing professional careers and businesses only to see them overlooked or misunderstood when it came to their authority.

I studied marketing and personal development, trying to get to the core of this issue. Then one day, I understood the truth.

No matter how hard a woman performed in business, the system was not built for us.

What I began to see again and again was that women weren’t missing skills, intelligence, or discipline. They were operating inside systems that rewarded performance over presence, output over authority, and visibility over coherence.

So women adapted.
They over-delivered.
They over-explained.

They made themselves easier to understand instead of being more clearly recognized.
